Job Overview Our burger shop in Woodinville, WA is looking for an energetic and reliable Front Crew Team Member (FOH). This is a multi-tasking role perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and providing great customer service to our local community. Responsibilities Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them with their orders promptly and accurately Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Manage customer orders using POS systems processing cash, credit card, and mobile payments smoothly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment Handle cash register operations accurately, processing transactions swiftly while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed Support food safety management by adhering to sanitation protocols and food handling regulations at all times Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred Familiarity with POS systems is plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset
