Attractions Attendant Thrill Builders - 1.0 Madison, WI Job Details Part-time $15 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Personal service experience with children Moving No experience needed Working with children Full Job Description Thrill Factory is all about creating fun and memorable experiences for families and guests of all ages! We're looking for enthusiastic Attraction Attendants who are passionate about people, entertainment, and ensuring our center runs smoothly and successfully! You must be 16 years old or older to work here. Attractions attendants are the crew members in charge of running one or more of our games, including laser tag, mini golf, escape rooms, arcade, and bowling.
Basic Functions:
Attractions Attendants play a vital role in ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at Thrill Factory. This position involves overseeing and operating our various attractions, including arcade, laser tag, mini golf, and themed escape rooms. You'll be responsible for maintaining safety, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all attractions are running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Greet all guests as they approach attraction with a friendly smile and fun acknowledgment. Explain the attraction operation and rules in a fun, safe and encouraging way. Dress up in costumes at times (we have tons of fun costumes) Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, often exceeding 4 hours per shift, and handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects weighing up to 20 lbs Experience not required: Entry-level position, will consider all applicants Experience working with children is a plus!
