Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests. Day shift availability a must.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS system
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the customer experience
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitate standards in the dining area
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the food industry is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
