Job Description
Jersey Mike's Charles Town is looking for Crew Members to join our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers, record orders and serve food and beverages with a positive helpful attitude
- Input orders into a point of sale system
- Work together with the line team to prepare hot and cold subs, while following cooking instructions, safety procedures and sanitary requirements
- Use specific kitchen machinery such as knives, grills and slicers
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness
- Handle customer concerns professionally and calmly
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing required uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code
REQUIREMENTS

- Commitment to learning
- Ability to stand for long hours at a time in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts, weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older
