Job Description

H-Business Strategies is seeking a Frontier Team Member to bring the future of the internet to White Hall. As a Frontier Team Member, you'll connect with our customers in person, present Frontier, and help them make decisions that improve their daily connectivity. The Frontier Team Member role is pretty straightforward: engage with customers in person, represent Frontier with clarity and confidence, and close sales that create mutual value while providing reliable customer support. Role Responsibilities of the Frontier Team Member Engage with customers in person to introduce Frontier internet solutions through relationship-driven sales conversations and personalized support. Learn about customer preferences in person and recommend Frontier services that best fit their entertainment and connectivity needs while providing helpful support. Explain the value of Frontier services in person, using clear, customer-friendly language that encourages confident purchasing decisions and supports sales. Assist customers from the initial consultation through successful account activation, delivering excellent customer care, support, and sales. Develop meaningful customer relationships that encourage repeat sales, referrals, long-term loyalty, and ongoing support. Consistently contribute to Frontier sales objectives by maintaining a proactive and customer-focused approach with dependable team support. Qualities of the Frontier Team Member High level of accountability and self-motivation with a willingness to support customers. Client-centric combined with problem-solving skills and a commitment to support. Determination in pursuing sales goals while supporting team performance. Results-oriented focus with the drive to consistently meet sales targets and support customer needs. Team-supportive attitude that contributes to overall Fios sales performance and provides support to the team as a Frontier Team Member.
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
