Overview Dairy Queen Elkview is hiring Crew Members. Starting pay is $11.00/hour, and we're open to both part-time and full-time — tell us your availability and we'll build around it. Here's what we care about most: attitude. We have a team that genuinely gets along and looks out for each other, and we're picky about keeping it that way. If you're friendly, dependable, and willing to learn, we'll teach you everything else. Food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards. Manage customer orders with care, upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing surfaces, handling food safely, and ensuring sanitation protocols are followed. Assist with cashiering duties by processing cash register transactions and handling cash accurately. Support food safety management practices by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining compliance with health regulations. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent service from order taking to serving and bussing tables when needed.
