JOB DESCRIPTION

To provide excellent customer service to patrons. Applicant must have a sound work ethic and be diligent in facility upkeep practices.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Excellent customer service Concessions and food handling Follow proper sanitation guidelines during food preparation and food serving Acquaint customers with prices and food options Ascertain that necessary materials are available before each shift prior to opening to the public Process cash payments and tender change, along with ensuring that all received cash is well-accounted for and stored in a safe area Participate in the set-up of food area, arrange inventory of supplies, and communicate shortages of deficiencies to management. Perform clean-up duties after each shift and ensure that food area is sanitized and tidied up for the next day Handle light bookkeeping duties by creating and maintaining reports of cash received against food and beverage items sold

SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Customer service General money handling and cash register operations experience Custodial operations General office equipment English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation Work independently with minimal supervision Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing Adapt to changing work conditions Respond to requests and inquiries from the public Understand and carry out oral and written directions Establish and maintain effective working relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

Required:

High School education and/or higher, 15 years of age or higher.

Preferred :

21 Years of age, with

TIPS TRAINING.

This training can be obtained after employment. Previous work experience.

Maintain mental capacity which allows the capability of making sound decisions demonstrating intellectual capabilities.

Working Environment :
