Job Description

Zenflight is looking for a highly motivated, detailed oriented person to perform numerous general office duties, computer related (data entry) and flight operations duties. The person will provide support on all aspects of flight operations to our flight department/clients.
Essential Functions:
Manage, organize, and maintain flight operations calendar Make travel arrangements for flight crew members to include hotels, rentals, airfare, etc. Take notes in meetings, conferences and day to day activities Perform other administrative duties Flight Following/Location as assigned by the Director of Operations. Concierge Service for our clients
Requirements:
Education:
High School degree/GED - Bachelors in Administration will be preferred
Experience:
2 years of related aviation experience. Extremely detail-oriented and with perfect follow-up skills Must have a high speed of writing for taking notes Basic Project Management ability Ability to organize tasks, research and keeping records.
Highly dependable and trustworthy:
maintain confidentiality having access to extremely sensitive documents.

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
