Job Description

Job Description Flexjet is seeking an International Flight Planner to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating international flights, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate international flight itineraries. Ensure compliance with international regulations and safety standards. Communicate with flight crews and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Monitor weather conditions and air traffic for flight planning. Prepare and maintain flight documentation. Assist with special flight requests and changes. Provide support to flight crews during pre-flight and in-flight operations. Stay updated on changes in regulations and procedures. Participate in training and development programs. Collaborate with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, or related field. Experience in flight planning or operations preferred. Strong knowledge of international aviation regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in flight planning software and tools. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
