This role is responsible for managing service execution, team development, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in high-volume restaurants, enjoys coaching teams, and can consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences. New managers will participate in a structured Manager-in-Training (MIT) program focused on operational excellence, leadership development, and company culture. Key Responsibilities Shift Leadership & Operations Manage opening, mid, and closing shifts while ensuring operational readiness. Oversee daily restaurant flow, staffing levels, cleanliness, and service execution. Make real-time staffing and operational decisions based on business volume. Ensure smooth coordination between FOH and BOH teams. Guest Experience Lead guest engagement and service recovery efforts. Maintain exceptional hospitality standards and ensure every guest receives a memorable experience. Monitor service quality and hold team members accountable to performance expectations. Team Development Train, coach, develop, and motivate FOH employees. Assist with hiring recommendations, onboarding, and performance management. Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Support ongoing training initiatives and leadership development programs. Operational Excellence Manage inventory, deliveries, invoices, and supply controls. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and company standards. Execute operational initiatives designed to improve service, efficiency, and profitability. Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications 1+ year of management or supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred. Experience in casual dining, upscale casual, brewery, hospitality, or entertainment-driven concepts preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Strong focus on guest service and operational execution. Experience in improving training, labor management, food cost controls, or operational efficiencies is highly valued. Corporate restaurant background is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus. TAPS and Food Handler/ServSafe certifications required or obtainable within 30 days.
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
