Food Production Associate FGP Manufacturing Mobile, AL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $15 - $18 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Food processing plant experience Machine operation Manufacturing facility experience HACCP Quality control Full Job Description Overview We are looking for dependable, hard-working Production Associates to join our growing popsicle manufacturing team. This position includes mixing batches, pouring popsicles, wrapping finished products, and supporting daily production operations. The job requires standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with a strong team. We are looking for reliable individuals who show up every day ready to work and contribute to our success. Duties Assist in the preparation and assembly of popsicles according to established recipes and production procedures. Mix ingredients and prepare production batches accurately. Pour, wrap, and package popsicles while maintaining quality standards. Operate food manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Wash dishes, utensils, mixing containers, and production equipment to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Follow FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) to ensure food safety and product quality. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas by following strict sanitation procedures. Package finished products accurately, ensuring proper labeling and storage. Assist with general production and cleaning tasks as needed. Work efficiently with team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and general food safety practices is preferred. Ability to perform basic math for measurements and quality control. Previous experience in food production or a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. Strong commitment to sanitation standards and food safety. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation. Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
