Job Description
Arizona Stronghold Vineyards is seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented and energetic Full-Time Cellar Technician to join our team in northern Arizona. ASV is a 20,000-case winery located in Camp Verde, AZ. Our 55-acre estate is located north of Willcox, AZ where we grow a wide range of grape varieties. In addition to our estate vineyard we source from several other vineyards throughout Arizona. Our ideal candidate will have some winery or brewery production knowledge, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Cleaning and sanitation of all winery equipment including tanks, bins, press, destemmer, pumps, hoses, fittings, etc.
- Pump and Fork-lift operation.
- Harvest duties including punch downs/ pump overs, inoculations, etc. High School diploma or GED; or 6-12 months related experience or training. Current, valid Driver's License, reliable transportation.
- Lift and/or move 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work long hours and varying shifts, including occasional night shifts.
Pay:
$17.00- $20.
