Job Responsibilities:

• Packaging Technicians support overall packaging activities including but not limited to canning and kegging operations, equipment cleaning, and packaging area housekeeping, mechanical and electrical system troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance and repair
• This position reports directly to the Packaging Director and will be required to work in coordination with the brewhouse and cellar, warehouse, marketing and sales, and administrative staff.
• Clean and sanitize brewing equipment; learn and adhere to our sanitation procedures
• Organize, clean, and optimize brewery floor and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment when needed
• Forklift operation
• Willing to load and unload vehicles
• Other tasks as assigned
• Night shift availability is a must

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Previous experience in a brewing environment is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 55 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to take on various tasks as needed.
• Able to work in a factory/production environment which may be loud, slick, humid, and hot
• Able to work in indoor and outdoor environment with moderate noise, sometimes slippery floors
• Able to comply with safe chemical handling procedures, including personal protection equipment such as gloves and goggles

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• In state between our Tempe and Phoenix locations
