Overview:

Chick-fil-A is a locally owned and operated restaurant that values its team members and gives back to the community. We are currently seeking a motivated Maintenance professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our restaurant, ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and sanitizing surfaces Identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner Assist with equipment repairs and maintenance Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work independently and with others. General inventory skills Ability to communicate and interact well with other employees, vendors, and our customers. Good overall knowledge of tools Familiarity with data entry, filing and record keeping Strong knowledge with Windows-based computer operating systems and software A positive attitude with good customer service skills The ability to follow special instructions A willingness and personality suited to work in a team oriented environment Experience buying perishable and/or nonperishable items. Ability to perform multiple tasks at once Exceptional attention to detail, recognize and report issues Self-Motivation to get assigned work completed

Job Requirements:

Prior experience in maintenance or a related field High attention to detail and a proactive approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis Have the ability to stand for long periods of time Strong problem-solving and muti tasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
