Coquelicot Estate is a certified-organic vineyard nestled in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley. Since 2007, we've farmed with nature-first principles—no harsh chemicals, minimal sulfur, and gentle winemaking that lets our estate wines shine. Our goal? To create vibrant, refreshing whites and soft, velvety reds that feel honest and alive. With 58 acres of biodynamically influenced vineyard, a charming tasting room, garden, and artisan gallery, we offer more than wine—we offer an experience.
The Role:
We're seeking a warm, passionate Tasting Room Sales Associate who: Shares our love for natural, organic wines and can speak to their story with authenticity Welcomes guests with genuine hospitality—whether they're passionate enthusiasts or curious first timers Educates guests on our handcrafted wines, organic practices, and estate philosophy Supports tasting room operations: pouring flights, handling sales, running reservations, and maintaining a friendly ambiance Helps cultivate our wine club community by inviting guests to join and creating memorable moments Works weekends, holidays, and participates in special events (wine releases, holiday tastings, private bookings).
You Bring:
A deep appreciation for natural wines and sustainable agriculture Strong interpersonal skills—a friendly, engaging presence for guests A confident ability to present tasting selections and wine club benefits Organizational skills to accurately process sales, reservations, and inventory Tasting room or hospitality experience is a plus; wine training or willingness to learn is essential Why Coquelicot?
