Monday-Friday Shift:

2:00 p.m.-10:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m.

Openings:

22 BBSI is seeking 22 reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates with previous manufacturing or production experience to join a nutritional and wellness product manufacturer in Monterey Park, CA. This facility manufactures health and wellness products, including superfood powders, powdered drink mixes, functional coffees and lattes, collagen supplements, liquid wellness products, and tablets. Responsibilities Assist with daily manufacturing and packaging operations. Measure, stage, handle, and move raw ingredients and production materials. Assist with processing powdered nutritional and wellness products. Operate or assist with production, filling, sealing, and packaging equipment. Fill products into pouches, canisters, bottles, droppers, and other containers. Apply labels and verify product names, lot numbers, packaging, and labeling information. Inspect finished products for correct fill levels, seals, labels, appearance, and quality. Package finished products into cases and prepare them for palletizing, storage, or shipment. Follow production instructions, batch documentation, and established manufacturing procedures. Maintain accurate product and material counts. Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, floors, and production areas. Follow GMP, food-safety, quality, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace-safety requirements. Report equipment problems, damaged materials, product inconsistencies, and quality concerns. Assist other production departments as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in production, manufacturing, food production, nutritional supplements, packaging, or a similar environment is required. Experience following GMP or food-safety procedures is strongly preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail when working with ingredients, labels, lot numbers, and finished products. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to follow strict cleanliness, sanitation, quality, and safety procedures. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive hand movements. Ability to lift and move production materials and finished products as required. Comfortable working around powdered ingredients, production machinery, and packaging equipment. Because this is a newly established shift, the company may also consider a flexible eight-hour schedule consisting of approximately four hours at the end of first shift and four hours during second shift.
