Job Description

We are looking for an
OUTSTANDING
Tasting Room Associates to be part of our team. Beautiful downtown waterfront location in the old Petaluma Mill Building. Our tasting room is a vibrant, dynamic and fun place and we are looking for the same in a tasting room associate.
REQUIRED
  • Tasting Room Sales experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sell wine to tables for on-premise consumption, take away, or shipments
  • Educate guests on about the history of Adobe Road Winery and deliver exceptional customer service to every guest.
  • Promote our Wine Club and Sell Wine on-site and at off-site events.
  • Take beverage orders using Commece 7 POS system on iPads
  • Deliver beverages to tables & deliver best in class service
  • Stock wine, glassware, and service tools
  • Commerce 7 POS experience, opening and closing responsibilities
COMPENSATION
$25.00 per hour + tips + commissions and bonuses. We are committed to providing an exciting, supportive, engaging environment that adds to your skill set.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A valid, current Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Open availability, must be able to work weekends
  • Strong attention to wine and hospitality
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, while contributing to our high-energy, friendly, upbeat hospitality
  • Ability to lift 45 pounds (a case of wine)
  • Detail-oriented, punctual, self-motivated team player who is able to multi-task If you believe you are the one we're looking for
