TapRoom Beer Company in North Park is looking for the right person to join our awesome leadership team in a manager / bartender shift blend role! Our full-scale quality-first brewery provides the freshest beer to our full service restaurant in a fun and professional environment. We are looking for a strong leader who takes ownership of their roles and responsibilities, someone that will vibe with our team and values, and someone with a passion for delivering a memorable guest experience. Candidates should be leaders in the following areas:

• Leadership:

  lead by example and motivate a team to keep standards high
• Strong communication skills: verbal and written
• Knowledge and passion for craft beer and the SD beer scene Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Total control of TapRoom guest experience
• Managing food and beverage costs
• Labor management: training, shift cuts, performance reviews
• Daily accounting and cash handling
• Design and implement sales and marketing strategies to improve year over year
• Conflict resolution involving employees or guests

Requirements:

• Multiple years of service industry experience including serving, bartending, and managing
• Kitchen experience is a plus
• RBS certification (within 30 days of hire)
