Frontier AI / AI research The Role We're hiring a Growth Associate to architect and scale the expert-supply engine that powers frontier AI training. You'll own both manual and automated acquisition pipelines and grow the expert network from 100K into the hundreds of thousands. This is not a typical growth seat — it's technical, operational, and strategic, blending GTM automation, talent acquisition, funnel experimentation, and distribution, working directly with the founding team. What you'll be doing Build, optimize, and scale automated sourcing pipelines Use LinkedIn and similar platforms to identify and bring on professionals across industries Run many concurrent recruiting workflows to deliver qualified experts at high volume Experiment on funnel performance and double down on what scales Recruit elite experts and operators into the network Build the automation stack that makes all of this possible Drive brand amplification across channels Tech stack: Clay, Instantly, Apollo, Zapier, plus custom scripts and scrapers. Requirements A background scaling a talent network or marketplace, or a strong track record in outbound sales / lead generation Hands-on with modern GTM automation tooling (Clay, Instantly, Apollo, Zapier, and light scripting/scraping) Analytically rigorous — comfortable modeling funnels and reading pipeline analytics A demonstrated record of high-volume operational execution Genuine high agency, resourcefulness, and competitive drive, and comfort with an intense, fast-moving startup pace Strong written and verbal communication Roughly 1-3 years of relevant experience US-based with unrestricted work authorization (US citizen or green card) — no sponsorship, OPT, or CPT Nice to Haves Deep proficiency with automation/GTM tooling and scrappy scripting Real passion for frontier AI and ambition to build category-defining systems A generalist who owns problems end to end and figures things out independently Prior startup growth, sales, ops, or marketing experience A couple of years of experience (perhaps plus a master's) paired with strong work ethic Comfort juggling many workstreams in high-pressure environments Why Join Build the expert-supply engine behind frontier AI training, with the leading AI labs as customers Work directly with an exceptional, top-tier-backed founding team Broad ownership and scope in an early, high-agency generalist role
