Job Description
Job Summary We are hiring reliable team members for a food manufacturing company . Multiple positions are available, including Machine Operator, Mixer, Packer, and Sanitation Employees will help with food production, packaging, quality checks, equipment operation, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Job Duties Machine Operators Operate and monitor production equipment. Make basic machine adjustments as needed. Check products during production. Follow safety and production procedures. Mixers Measure and prepare ingredients. Operate mixing equipment. Follow recipes and production instructions. Monitor product quality and consistency. Clean equipment after use. Packers Package and label finished products. Inspect products and packaging. Prepare products for shipment. Keep the work area clean and organized. Sanitation Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas. Follow food safety and cleaning procedures. Remove waste and keep work areas clean. Safely use cleaning supplies and equipment. General Requirements Previous manufacturing or food production experience is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and with a team. Must be able to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Must follow all food safety and workplace safety requirements.
