As a "Brewery Technician," you will primarily work the brewhouse, centrifuge and execute day to day cellar operations. This position plays a fundamental role in total beer quality and is a key contributor to successful production department outcomes. Ideal candidates will have a passion for craft beer and attention to detail as well as significant brewing experience.
