We seek churrasco professionals who bring precision, pride, and artistry to the fire and the table.

Note:

A minimum of five years of churrasco experience is required to qualify. Applications under four years will not be considered. Gaúcho — Responsibilities Prepare and grill all house cuts — picanha, fraldinha, alcatra, cordeiro, linguiça, frango, costela — to exacting standards Manage fire, skewer rotation, and temperature control at the churrasqueira Carve and present meats tableside; honor guest preferences and the green/red service signal Maintain disciplined portioning, waste control, knife care, and station sanitation Uphold food safety, storage, labeling, and FIFO standards; receive deliveries Gaúcho — Qualifications Five or more years of churrasco experience; expert knife skills California Food Handler Certification Full availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays English fluency; Portuguese or Spanish a plus Senior Head Gaúcho All Gaúcho responsibilities, plus leadership of the brigade: scheduling, training, meat rotation and pacing, procurement, yield and food-cost control, weekly inventory reporting, and guest relations.

Qualifications:

Five or more years of churrasco experience, including at least one year in a lead role. California Food Manager Certification preferred.
