We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our small production team, primarily packaging freshly roasted coffee. What you'll do Bag, can, and seal roasted coffee beans to order, with accurate weights and labeling Prepare finished product for wholesale and retail orders Keep the packaging and production areas clean and organized to food safety standards Move product and supplies around the roastery — this includes regular lifting (up to ~50 lbs) Help with occasional production tasks as needed as part of a small, hands-on team What we're looking for Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with repetitive hands-on work Attention to detail — accurate weights, clean seals, correct labels every time Able to lift and be on your feet for most of a shift Basic math for weights and order counts Food handling or packaging experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person Details Paid position, we can work with your schedule.
