We are looking for experienced dairy processing support for occasional production days. This is a specialized role for someone who already understands dairy equipment, pasteurization, sanitation, and PMO-related production requirements. This is not a general kitchen job and not an entry-level production assistant role. The right person may be someone with experience in dairy plants, creameries, cheese production, ice cream production, milk processing, pasteurization, quality assurance, sanitation, or dairy equipment operations. Role Overview We are looking for part-time, as-needed help for production days, likely 1-2 times per month to start. This role may involve helping operate and monitor dairy processing equipment, assist with pasteurization, support sanitation procedures, and help ensure production is completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with dairy processing expectations. Experience with dairy processing equipment and clean-in-place sanitation is strongly preferred. Equipment and Process Experience Preferred Experience with any of the following is helpful: Pasteurizer operation PMO-related dairy processing requirements Dairy sanitation procedures CIP cleaning procedures Milk and cream handling Small milk tank or tanker cleaning Milk and cream separation FrauTech / Frautech milk separator or similar dairy separator equipment Commercial dairy processing equipment Dairy production documentation and logs Food safety and sanitation procedures Ice cream, creamery, milk, cheese, yogurt, or dairy plant production Responsibilities May Include Helping operate pasteurization equipment during production Assisting with milk and cream processing Supporting milk and cream separation Helping operate or monitor a FrauTech / Frautech milk separator or similar equipment Assisting with small milk tank/tanker cleaning and sanitation Supporting CIP cleaning procedures Helping with equipment setup and breakdown Monitoring temperatures, timing, and production steps Assisting with production records and required documentation Following sanitation, food safety, and dairy processing procedures Helping troubleshoot equipment or process issues during production Supporting the production of ice cream base and related dairy components Who This Role Is For This role may be a good fit if you: Have hands-on dairy processing experience Understand pasteurization and sanitation procedures Are familiar with PMO-related production expectations Have experience with CIP cleaning Are comfortable around milk, cream, tanks, hoses, pumps, and processing equipment Can work carefully and accurately during production Are calm when troubleshooting equipment or process issues Are reliable for scheduled production days Like helping early-stage food companies build real production systems Who This Role Is Not For This is probably not the right fit if you: Do not have dairy processing, pasteurization, sanitation, or equipment experience Are only looking for general kitchen or packaging work Are uncomfortable working around dairy processing equipment Need a predictable weekly schedule Are not comfortable with detailed sanitation or production procedures Schedule This is part-time, project-based work. Production help is currently expected to be needed approximately 1-2 times per month, depending on production schedules, facility availability, and order volume.
