Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of craft beers, cocktails, wines, and spirits with precision and flair Engage with guests to provide friendly, knowledgeable recommendations and enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Develop beverage recipes and experiment with new drink ideas to keep the menu fresh and exciting Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and track sales to ensure smooth operations during shifts Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for events like banquets or special nights Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, including checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption Assist in bar management duties when needed, including training new staff or handling customer concerns Requirements Proven experience in bartending within hospitality venues such as restaurants, nightclubs, or breweries Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Experience working in fine dining or craft beer environments is highly preferred Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations Previous experience in food industry settings such as catering or banquet service is advantageous Join us as a Brewery Bartender where your enthusiasm for beverages and dedication to exceptional service will make every guest's visit unforgettable.
