The ideal candidate will start with a workable foundation of knowledge and talents, and will continue to grow with the team. At Witchdoctor, we nurture an environment of a family who works together to grow the business.
Duties:
  • Clean and maintain brewing equipment and work areas including but not limited to: draft systems (ours and a couple local accounts), kegs, mechanical parts such as valves and pumps
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure parts and systems meet quality and safety standards
  • Assist with packaging of finished products including kegs and cans
Qualifications:
  • Brewing knowledge in commercial or home setting is a plus but not required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to efficiently and successfully learn, troubleshoot and problem-solve mechanical systems
  • Ability to understand and operate computers and electronic interfaced equipment
  • Understanding and adherence of safety regulations and best practices
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good work ethic, ability to self start and ability to multi-task
