Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a part-time associate. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will engage directly with customers, manage transportation tasks, and support retail operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop versatile skills in sales, driving, and logistics while contributing to the success of our retail store. Duties Prepare a variety of food items with precision, adhering to safety and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Square workspace to process sales accurately and efficiently Manage customer orders with friendly service, upselling additional items to enhance guest experience Maintain a clean workspace by following sanitation protocols, including food handling and equipment cleaning Help with the set-up and break-down of the establishment before and after the selling time of markets Handle cash register operations, processing cash transactions, and balancing cash drawers at shift end Assist in food safety management by following proper procedures for food storage and handling Support food service operations by setting up weights, maintaining the safety of equipment in transference and learning procedures well Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation Familiarity with POS systems such as Square is preferred Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in retail sales transactions, cashiering, or grocery store environments is a plus, additionally Food Service (SafeServe certification is a big plus) Demonstrated commitment to food safety standards and sanitation practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell and enhance guest satisfaction Join us in this exciting part-time role where your energy makes a difference! Pay:
$24.32 - $29.29 per hour
