TAPROOM MANAGER Street Art Brewing is getting closer to opening our doors in Dunedin, and we're looking for a Taproom Manager to join our opening team and help bring this place to life. We're looking for someone who knows hospitality, loves creating a great experience for guests, and is ready to take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our taproom. As our Taproom Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the front-of-house team and making sure the taproom runs smoothly day in and day out. You'll help build the culture of the taproom from the ground up while working closely with the brewing and ownership teams to establish Street Art Brewing. What you'll be responsible for: Overseeing day-to-day taproom operations Hiring, training, scheduling, and managing taproom staff Creating and maintaining service standards Managing taproom inventory and supplies Planning and coordinating taproom events and special programming Helping develop promotions and community engagement Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and efficient taproom Handling day-to-day operational issues and making sure things get done Working closely with the brewing team on beer releases, tap changes, events, and other brewery operations Helping establish the systems and culture that will make Street Art Brewing successful from day one What we're looking for: Previous hospitality, restaurant, bar, brewery, or taproom management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience building and managing a team Excellent organizational and time-management skills Someone comfortable taking initiative and making decisions A genuine interest in craft beer and the brewery scene Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and busy service periods Someone who can balance great hospitality with the operational side of running a business Someone who wants to be part of building something, not just clocking in and out This is an opening-team position , which means you'll have a real opportunity to help shape how Street Art Brewing operates from day one.
