LauderAle Brewery & Tap Room is looking for a reliable, high-energy barback to join our team. If you like craft beer, live music, and being part of a fast-paced, fun environment—this could be a great fit. This is a behind-the-scenes, get-your-hands-dirty role that keeps everything running smoothly on busy nights and events. What You'll Be Around Live music and weekly events Food trucks and packed weekends A laid-back, team-oriented environment Craft beer lovers (and lots of regulars) What You'll Actually Be Doing Let's be real—this job isn't just hanging around drinking beer. You'll be: Bussing tables and clearing glassware Washing and restocking glassware quickly and efficiently Taking out trash and recycling Keeping the bar and service areas clean and stocked Checking and maintaining bathroom cleanliness throughout shifts Restocking ice, cups, and supplies Supporting bartenders so they can focus on guests What We're Looking For Strong work ethic (this is a physical, fast-paced role) Team player mentality—no ego, just get it done Attention to cleanliness and organization Ability to stay on top of things during busy events Weekend and evening availability (this is key) Bonus if you: Like craft beer Have bar/restaurant experience Don't mind sweating a little during a busy shift Why Work at LauderAle Fun environment with live music and events Great team culture—people who actually like working together Opportunity to move up into bartending Flexible, casual atmosphere Location Fort Lauderdale (near the airport)
