Must have great time management, people skills, problem solving and navigation skills and be able to work in operations when needed. Will work in catering preparing orders, communicating with BOH on needs, building boxed meals, ensuring all orders are timely and correct before delivery/pickup. Will work in operations during slow times for catering.
