About the RoleThe front of house at Chaka s Plantbaed Cafe is where the brand comes to life for our guests. We are looking for warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic people who love food and love people. The Serenbe community is health-conscious and values-aligned our FOH team reflects that.
What You ll Do Welcome every guest with warmth and genuine hospitality Guide guests through the menu and answer ingredient and allergen questions confidently Manage in-store orders, online orders, and grab-and-go sales Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-consistent front of house at all times Process all transactions accurately cashless operation Support catering and community event coordination as neededWhat We re Looking For Customer service experience preferred Interest in or openness to plant-based and wellness-oriented food Comfortable with POS technology and online ordering platforms Community-minded familiarity with Serenbe or similar communities a plusRequirements Valid Georgia Food Handler Certificate before first shift Signed Confidentiality & Non-Replication Agreement
