A s a Food Production Associate, you will be working in a cold environment and responsible for working in a designated area working with sausage and smoked meats . Your New Role:
As a Food Production Associate, you will have a big impact on the daily success of manufacturing and distributing sausage and smoked meat . You'll p rocess sausage through food production machines ; perform tasks as assigned on the sausage making production line such as pu t t ing product in casing and/or tyi ng off product into casing for the next stage of processing. You will h andle the raw and finished product and package into Roger Wood Food cases . You will also b ox product for distribution.
What Y ou N eed:
High school diploma or GED preferred Follow SQF compliance regulations and operating procedures Ability to work in a cold environment for long periods of time Ability to be on your feet for up to 12 hours a day including stand ing , bend ing , kneel ing , and twist ing Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
