Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Water Bottling Equipment Operator to join our dynamic beverage manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining water bottling machinery to ensure efficient production, uphold strict quality standards, and maintain a safe working environment. Duties Operate and oversee water bottling equipment including filling machines, capping machines, labeling units, and packaging lines to ensure smooth production flow. Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of machinery to identify and resolve mechanical or operational issues promptly. Conduct sanitation procedures in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards to maintain food safety and product quality. Assist with material handling tasks such as loading raw materials and packaging supplies using forklifts or other material handling equipment. Follow safety protocols rigorously during heavy lifting, chemical handling, and equipment operation to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment. Maintain accurate production records, quality assurance documentation, and shift reports for traceability and compliance purposes. Support warehouse activities including inventory management, storage organization, and shipping/receiving operations related to beverage production. Skills Proven experience in food & beverage production or manufacturing environments with a focus on sanitation and safety standards. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently. Familiarity with beverage manufacturing processes such as brewing, packaging, and water treatment systems. Knowledge of HACCP, CGMP, and food safety regulations applicable within the food industry. Ability to operate machine controls accurately while maintaining high-quality output standards. Skilled in manual handling techniques including heavy lifting and safe material movement using forklifts or other equipment. Basic math skills for measurements, inventory counts, and process adjustments. Experience with industrial chemical handling and proper use of safety equipment in chemical environments. Warehouse experience including material handling equipment operation such as forklifts or pallet jacks. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance within a food & beverage production setting. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while demonstrating leadership qualities when needed.
