Job Summary Join our dynamic food production team as a Food Production Worker! In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality food products are produced efficiently and safely. Your focus will be on adhering to strict food safety standards, maintaining sanitation, and supporting the overall flow of food processing operations. Duties Operate food processing equipment and machinery in accordance with FDA regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Assist in the preparation, packaging, and labeling of food products while ensuring compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment to meet strict food safety requirements. Monitor production lines for quality control, identifying and addressing any deviations or defects promptly. Support inventory management by accurately measuring ingredients using basic math skills and preparing supplies for production shifts. Experience Prior experience working in a food industry manufacturing or processing plant is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates. Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP standards, and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) is highly desirable. Familiarity with sanitation procedures specific to food processing environments ensures adherence to food safety standards.
