We operate a full-scale brewery, restaurant, and retail space, with a focus on quality, consistency, and local community. Job Description Aloha Beer is looking for a reliable and mechanically inclined Filler Operator to join our brewery production team. This is a hands-on production role primarily responsible for operating and supporting our canning line. We're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with production equipment, and willing to learn our processes. Previous experience operating packaging, bottling, filling, manufacturing, or similar production equipment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong mechanical aptitude and a demonstrated ability to learn equipment.
Responsibilities Canning Line Operation:
Set up, operate, monitor, and shut down the can filler and related packaging equipment according to established procedures.
Quality Control:
Monitor fill levels, product quality, can seams, date coding, and other packaging quality standards throughout production runs.
Changeovers & Setup:
Assist with product changeovers, equipment adjustments, startup, and shutdown procedures.
Cleaning & Sanitation:
Properly clean and sanitize filler and packaging equipment before and after production runs.
Troubleshooting:
Identify basic equipment or process issues and work with the packaging team to make adjustments and keep the line operating efficiently.
Packaging Support:
Assist with casing, palletizing, material handling, and other packaging-line responsibilities as needed.
Production Documentation:
Complete required production and quality-control records accurately.
Safety & Organization:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment and follow all brewery safety and sanitation procedures.
Team Support:
Work closely with the packaging and brewing teams to execute the daily production schedule. Qualifications Reliable and punctual attendance is essential for this position Previous experience with filling, bottling, packaging, manufacturing, food & beverage production, or similar equipment is preferred Comfortable operating and learning mechanical production equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures Able to troubleshoot basic mechanical and operational issues Comfortable working on your feet in a physically demanding, fast-paced production environment Able to lift up to 55 lbs Able to work effectively as part of a production team Brewery or beverage-production experience is a plus Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned equipment and responsibilities Why Join Us? Pay:
