This position will be responsible for preparing products for packaging, repacking materials, labeling, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a clean and organized production area.

Monday - Friday Shifts can vary any time from 8:00am to 8:30pm Responsibilities Package and repack products according to established production procedures. Measure, weigh, and prepare products for packaging. Apply labels and verify product information for accuracy. Inspect packaged products for quality, appearance, and proper sealing. Operate basic packaging equipment and production tools. Maintain accurate counts of products and packaging materials. Follow established production, sanitation, and safety procedures. Keep workstations and production areas clean and organized. Assist with inventory and material handling as needed. Meet daily production and packaging requirements. Follow all company policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Qualifications Previous production, packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production duties. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions. Must speak read and write English Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance. Work Environment Work is performed in a cold warehouse environment. At times, employees may be required to work in a freezer environment for extended periods. Must be comfortable working in cold temperatures and wearing required cold-weather PPE. Employees may regularly transition between refrigerated, freezer, and standard production areas. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift. Ability to bend, reach, lift, and move materials as required. Ability to perform repetitive hand and packaging tasks.
