Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide engaging tours of the tasting room and production areas Conduct tastings by pouring samples accurately and confidently, explaining flavor profiles, labels, and production methods Upsell products by recommending pairings, merchandise, or exclusive offerings to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Process transactions efficiently using POS systems Experience Prior restaurant experience or food service background preferred, especially in fine dining or wine Experience in sales, upselling, and customer service to create engaging interactions with guests Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and proper sanitation practices within the food industry Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Culinary experience or meal preparation skills are beneficial for understanding menu components and flavor pairings Strong communication skills combined with a positive attitude to deliver exceptional guest service This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about connecting with people, food and beverage who thrive in lively environments.
