Must be able to work fast and clean. Positive attitude as we open and set up a new kitchen. Production of nougats and caramels and other type confections. Chocolate dipping and enrobing. Candy packaging, order fulfillment, and shipping. Room for growth! Please email cover note and resume to Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and production of chocolates, and confections following established recipes and standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, tempering machines, ovens, and other culinary tools Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation practices Package finished products. Contribute to high-volume production efforts while maintaining consistency in quality and presentation Skills Strong knowledge of food production processes including candy making and chocolate work. Experience in food handling, safety management, and maintaining a clean workspace in a fast-paced environment
