Job Description
We are looking for motivated team members to be part of a new food production team in Chicago! Seeking open-minded individuals who are willing to learn, get their hands dirty, and grow with us.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not needed
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues preferred but not needed
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move heavy objects throughout the shift
- Food Handler card
Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment and machinery in a food processing environment
- Produce and meet food production targets
- Perform basic math calculations for measuring ingredients and quantities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area
