As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join us as part of our production team.Position Overview:
As a Production Team Member, you will work closely with our skilled bakers to develop your skills in bread making, pastry production, cake decorating, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to start a career in the culinary industry and has a passion for baking.Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and production of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. Learn and follow recipes and baking techniques Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery, including equipment, workstations, and storage areas. Assist with inventory management, including monitoring ingredient levels and restocking supplies. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene.Qualifications:
Passion for baking and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary industry. Strong work ethic and willingness to take on new challenges. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with a team. Flexibility to work Extremely Early Morning Hours. Our bakers start at 3am Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of ingredients and equipment, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.Benefits:
