Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commisary Production team member specializing in GELATO to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be integral to the preparation and production of high-quality gelato products, ensuring consistency, safety, and efficiency throughout the process. Your hands-on involvement will help deliver delicious, premium gelato to our customers while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Duties Spearhead the preparation and mixing of gelato ingredients following standardized recipes and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment, reporting any mechanical or operational issues promptly Follow safety guidelines for handling raw ingredients, chemicals, and equipment to ensure a safe working environment
