Job Description

Job SummaryProduction Laborers work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, primarily in the mixing and packaging departments. The role focuses on producing, packaging, and storing food products while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesPackage and store finished food products accurately.

Mix ingredients and assist with baking operations.

Operate processing and packaging equipment.

Perform quality checks (weight, date codes, metal detector inspections).Complete production paperwork accurately.

Follow food safety, GMP, FDA, OSHA, and sanitation procedures.

Clean and perform basic maintenance on equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Meet daily production goals.

Minimum QualificationsAt least 18 years old.

Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.

Ability to bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Good communication and multitasking skills.

Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred QualificationsExperience in food or manufacturing environments, including:

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Safe Quality Foods (SQF)Preventive or autonomous maintenanceContinuous improvement programsSAP or warehouse management systemsWork EnvironmentFast-paced manufacturing facility.

Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures (approximately 60-100°F).Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift.

Pay and Benefits (current posting)Starting pay: $20.25/hour
