Job Description

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor food production and packaging equipment.

Inspect pretzels for quality, size, and appearance.

Load ingredients and packaging materials into production machines.

Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.

Perform equipment setup, basic adjustments, and routine cleaning.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Maintain accurate production records.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Work with team members to meet daily production goals.

Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Manufacturing or food production experience is helpful but not always required.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while following all safety and quality standards.

This position focuses on producing high-quality Dot's Pretzels while ensuring food safety, efficient machine operation, and consistent production output.
