Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic food processing plant as a Food and Beverage Production Worker! In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing team, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality food and beverage products. Your attention to detail, commitment to food safety, and mechanical aptitude will help us maintain top standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor various food processing equipment in accordance with FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Assist in the preparation, packaging, and labeling of food products while maintaining strict sanitation and hygiene protocols. Conduct routine sanitation and cleaning of work areas, machinery, and tools to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Follow detailed procedures for food safety, quality control, and sanitation to prevent contamination or spoilage. Bilingual English and Spanish Support inventory management by accurately handling packaging materials and supplies. Operate forklifts safely when required for moving ingredients or finished products within the facility. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety guidelines specific to the food industry. Qualifications Prior experience or familiarity with food production or manufacturing environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP principles, CGMP standards, and food safety practices is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge or experience working with processing machinery is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, lifting moderate weights, and performing sanitation duties. Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Valid forklift certification is advantageous but not mandatory; training can be provided on-site. Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
