Job Description
Job Overview Join a leading producer of high-quality, ready-to-eat meals, soups, and sauces in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our production team! Responsibilities Prepare ingredients according to production specifications, including weighing, measuring, chopping, and staging materials. Operate or assist with production equipment and machinery while following established production procedures. Load ingredients into kettles, mixers, and other production equipment as required. Package, label, and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Ensure product labels, packaging, and boxed products are accurate and meet quality standards before shipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas while adhering to food safety and GMP requirements. Follow all company safety policies and properly utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE). Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and production schedules. Qualifications Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is a plus, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift depending on availability.
