Duties Prepare and produce a variety of ice cream flavors according to established recipes and production standards Operate industrial equipment such as mixers, pasteurizers, freezers, and packaging machinery with mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills Follow manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and food safety management protocols diligently Interpret production documents accurately to ensure consistency and quality in every batch Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all work areas, adhering strictly to safety standards and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) use Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to ingredient handling, equipment setup, or product packaging while following safety protocol adherence Conduct routine inspections of equipment for troubleshooting issues and ensure compliance with regulatory/legal standards in production Qualifications Previous experience in food processing or dairy goods production is highly preferred Knowledge of

HACCP, CGMP
