Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Ice Cream Maker to join our dynamic food production team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality ice cream products, ensuring all recipes are followed precisely, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Your enthusiasm for dairy goods production and commitment to safety will help deliver delicious treats that delight our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment dedicated to excellence in food processing. Must be able to lift 30lbs . Duties Prepare and produce a variety of ice cream flavors according to established recipes and production standards Operate industrial equipment such as mixers, pasteurizers, freezers, and packaging machinery with mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills Follow manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and food safety management protocols diligently Interpret production documents accurately to ensure consistency and quality in every batch Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all work areas, adhering strictly to safety standards and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) use Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to ingredient handling, equipment setup, or product packaging while following safety protocol adherence Conduct routine inspections of equipment for troubleshooting issues and ensure compliance with regulatory/legal standards in production Qualifications Previous experience in food processing or dairy goods production is highly preferred Knowledge of
