The primary objective is to operate, maintain, and sanitize complex industrial machinery to ensure the safe and efficient production of high-quality food products.

Responsibilities:
Departments Available:
Processing:
Operate dry bean unloading systems, hydration systems, dewatering belts, blanchers, and grinders.
Can Making:
Manage high-speed equipment including slitters, welders, body formers, and leak detectors.
Packaging:
Ensure the efficiency of palletizers, de-palletizers, labelers, tray formers, and stretch wrappers.
Quality Assurance:
Performing quality testing activities including, viscosity, weight, ingredient verification, can quality, etc. Entering obtained data into the computer database for record keeping.
Quality & Compliance Documentation:
Maintain accurate, legally required production and quality logs in accordance with FDA and Manufacturing Batch Records.
Testing:
Conduct seam analysis using Seam Scopes and perform ATP monitoring to validate sanitation effectiveness.
Sanitation Cleaning:
Execute specialized cleaning assignments using high-pressure hoses and chemical foamers.
Sterilization:
Perform C.I.P. (Clean-In-Place), sterilization, and deep cleaning of processing and canning systems.
