Key Responsibilities As a Winemaker Assistant, you'll play an essential role in supporting our winemaking process.Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Assisting with all aspects of wine production, from grape processing to bottling.
- The ability to perform physical tasks, lifting and climbing ladders to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized production area and assisting with winery property upkeep.
- Learning and applying practices to support our commitment to locally grown products.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure the highest quality standards in every bottle. Role consists of primarily Monday through Friday work schedule with occasional weekend dates based on season or if cross training. Option for part-time or full
- time.
What We're Looking For:
Skills and Qualifications To thrive in this role, we're looking for someone who:- Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar or related role (not required-will train the right individual).
- Is comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting at least 50 lbs and climbing ladders.
- Has a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Is eager to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
