Our taproom is a place where regulars feel at home and first-timers become fans. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. Position Overview As a Taproom Team Member, you'll be the face of our brewery. You'll serve guests, recommend beers, keep the taproom running smoothly, and help create a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service Pour beer accurately and consistently Explain beer styles and make recommendations Operate POS system and handle payments Maintain cleanliness of bar and taproom areas Assist with light side work and opening/closing duties Check IDs and follow all alcohol service regulations Qualifications Must be 21+ Previous bar, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred Knowledge of craft beer is a plus (or willingness to learn!)
