Job Description
Get to Know This RoleThe Taproom Support position is centered in the restaurant's Front of the House operations whose responsibilities include but are not limited to clearing and resetting tables, running beverages and food, carrying trays, assisting with the expediting of food coming from the kitchen, and supporting servers throughout the dining experience.
In addition to these core duties, Taproom Support members will maintain a clean and inviting environment, whether it's in areas visible to guests or behind the scenes. The Taproom Support, who reports to the Front of the House Supervisors Team, is responsible for being an expert resource to the guests visiting our onsite Food and Beverage Operations. Join our team for the busy season! This seasonal position will run through November 29, 2026, offering a great opportunity to gain experience and be part of a dynamic work environment.

Individual offers are based on skills, experience and qualifications. What You Will DoEnsures guests are seated at a clean, properly set table within the shortest amount of time possibleRuns food, delivers beer, and helps expedite the guests experienceMaintains a safe, clean, and well stocked environment for the guests to dine inFollows and enforces SNBC and State of California and/or North Carolina laws and policies regarding alcoholic beveragesActively participates in daily, weekly, monthly trainings and operational updates to ensure up-to-date knowledgeMaintains cleanliness of all areas of the facility, including but not limited to the food prep area, all guest facing areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and officesUpholds standards which exceed regulatory industry standards for health code, quality, and cleanlinessMay be assigned additional work within the restaurant operation as needed Please Apply if You Have1 year Customer service experience in a retail, quick-service or full-service restaurant environment, taproom, or breweries preferredAn interest in and love of craft beer, local and artisanal food, and dynamic operations is requiredPossesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional customer serviceAbility to consistently maintain professionalism, collaboration, and self-motivationComputer literacy is preferredPositive attitude and excellent communication skillsMust be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities while still delivering superior customer serviceServSafe Food Certification within 30 Days required
